Sealogical Crew was founded for and by people who live and breathe hospitality, crave adventure and strive for excellence.

We have partnered with some of the best hotel schools in the world, are making yachting a ´must do´ for their students and put the best ones on the best superyachts to both give each other exceptional experiences, quality and luxury.

I am Bora Dimitrijevic, 23 years old Serbian with a bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from the Business Hotel Management School in Switzerland.

I am Delia Zhang, a 23 years old Chinese girl with an adventurous soul, a bachelor hotel management and a master International business in Hotel, Resort and Spa management.

I learned a lot about motivating staff to work hard, and how to create a positive environment when the working got though. Working with a vast diversity of partners gave me great insight into how to adapt different service styles to different clientele.
